1. Return and Exchange Eligibility

Customers can request a return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery. To qualify, requests must be accompanied by a valid reason and uncut video proof demonstrating the issue.

2. Owner Discretion

Gadgitis reserves the right to decline any return or exchange request at our discretion. Each request will be evaluated based on the information provided.

3. Prepaid Orders

Prepaid orders cannot be canceled once the payment has been processed. All sales are final for prepaid transactions.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • A token amount of ₹199 is required at the time of order placement. This token will be deducted from the remaining amount due upon delivery.
  • A handling charge of ₹30 will be applied to COD orders.

5. Initiating a Return or Exchange

6. Packaging for Returns

Please ensure that returned items are packaged securely in their original condition, with all tags attached.

7. Refunds and Credits

Refunds for returned items will be processed according to our policy. Delivery charges and any handling fees will not be refunded.
